WE SHIP ONLY TO UNITED STATES PROVIDED YOU HAVE YOUR DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

All orders are shipped by express courier and require signature on delivery.

Usually the shipment arrives within 7 to 10 days

If for any reason your order does not arrive within 20 days, a credit will be applied to your credit card, equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.

WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY

As soon as you place the order, we will send you an email, advising that your payment has received approval and your order have arrived for processing.

This message lets us know that the order has approved payment, and it is immediately placed in our system for filling and shipping.

If the prescription is on file with us we will ship your order, and send you a shipping notice within 48 hours of processing of order.

If the prescription is not on file, we will send you one reminder to furnish us the US doctor's prescription. Order will automatically lapse if prescription in not received within 48 hours of order receipt.

This shipping advise tells you the date we shipped your order, and also tells you to expect delivery within 7 to 10 days. Delivery is almost always within this time frame.

How ever there are instances where delays do occur due to customs clearance process.

We advise the buyers to wait till 15th day to make claim for non-delivery.

HOW SHIPMENTS ARE MADE ?

All shipments are made from our overseas pharmacy by express courier. The same can be traced from our end if they are reported undelivered for 15 days.

SHIPMENTS WE CANNOT MAKE

We cannot accept, and will cancel and refund payments for, orders that are directed to certain destinations. Obviously, we cannot make a courier delivery to any kind of post office box or military APO address.
